职位描述
Position Objective:
Lead and guide the team to achieve the company's annual business targets including sales, production efficiency, profitability etc.
Major Responsibilities:
o Lead management team and achieve all business targets as defined by the company
o Lead performance management system establishment and implementation
o Report regularly to Managing Director relating to sales, production, labor, material costs, equipment performance improvement etc.,
o Establish a high safety management standard and continuously strive for higher safety performance;
o Propose annual budgets and ensure the strict implementation of the approved budget (fixed assets and operating costs)
o Proactively develop new customers and maintain good relations with existing customers
o Lead quality performance improvement activities
o Ensure the manufacturing activities to be in line with company policies and codes of conduct
o Lead manpower plans, including staff recruitment, training and development
o Develop and implement preventive maintenance management system to achieve higher production
